Product Overview

The STANLEY® FATMAX® 30m 6:1 Aluminium Chalk Reel delivers maximum efficiency and precision for professionals tackling large-scale marking tasks. Featuring a 6:1 gear ratio for lightning-fast operation, the reel rewinds six times faster than standard models, saving valuable time on site. Its planetary gearing system distributes load evenly across three gears, reducing wear and providing smoother operation and higher strip-out torque. The premium braided 1.0mm line ensures outstanding strength and precise, visible markings across timber, plasterboard or metal. Housed in a rugged cast aluminium casing, the reel is built for demanding environments, while ergonomic groove detailing provides lasting comfort during prolonged use. A quarter-turn refill door offers a large opening for fast, mess-free chalk loading, complemented by a spool access door for simple line replacement. The XL double-pronged hook with nail centring delivers superior hold and stability, even on challenging surfaces, while the anti-clump/jam spool ensures reliable, uninterrupted performance. A top hook dock keeps the reel tidy when not in use, while the lock-in crank arm secures safely for storage and transport. This kit contains a chalk reel, chalk refill and level, ensuring tradespeople have everything they need from the outset.
